Configure custom domains and external integrations

Custom Domain

Use your own professional domain instead of the default hosting URL. This creates a more professional appearance for your screening forms.

How Custom Domains Work

1. Enter your domain: Add your domain or subdomain (e.g., screening.yourdomain.com)

2. Configure DNS: Point your domain's CNAME record to our hosting service (instructions provided after save)

3. Enable & Use: Once DNS is configured and verified, all your screening form URLs will use your custom domain

REDCap Integration

Connect your REDCap EDC to automatically sync prescreener responses. Responses will be pushed to your REDCap project as new records.

How REDCap Integration Works

1. Get API Token: In REDCap, go to Project Setup ? API ? Generate New Token

2. Enter Credentials: Paste your REDCap API URL and token below

3. Test Connection: Click "Test Connection" to verify your credentials work

4. Sync Data: Responses will automatically sync to REDCap based on your selected frequency, or use "Sync Now" for manual sync
